We believe in the accuracy, truth, authority, and power of the Holy Scriptures as the Word of God.
We believe in one God, who has revealed Himself in and through the person of Jesus. God exists in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit - each distinct, yet all of One essence.
We believe Jesus Christ to be the virgin born Son of God, who, as a human being on earth, died for the sins of the world, was buried, rose again, and ascended to the Father.
We believe that the death of Jesus Christ was the once and for all sacrifice made for everyone and available to all mankind. Salvation is obtained by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone. All who recognize their brokenness in sin, realize that they are separated from God, repent, and receive Jesus Christ as Savior are born again into eternal life as children of God.
We believe that life on earth is to be lived in the power of the Holy Spirit, who indwells believers, enabling them to live distinctive lives in the life and power of Christ, drawing others back to God the Father through Jesus.
We believe that the gifts of the Holy Spirit that we see exercised in the Scriptures have not ceased, they are available today and are to be eagerly desired and practiced according to the Scriptures for the purpose of edifying the church and to turn our attention to Christ.
We believe the Westminster Confession: “the chief end of man is to glorify God and enjoy Him forever.” All things exist for the glory of God.
We believe the church functions according to the Scriptures in localized communities of believers. We love the church as Christ loves the church.

At King's Kids, we provide a safe and welcoming environment where children can grow in their relationship with Jesus and experience a strong church community from an early age. Kids at King's Kids feel God’s love, discover the joy of knowing Him, and see how His truth transforms their lives. We partner with parents to help children develop an active faith at church and at home. Through creative Bible lessons, engaging worship, and fun activities, every week offers opportunities for kids to learn, grow, and experience God in meaningful ways.
ICF Youth is where the next generation builds genuine friendships and grows deeper in their faith. ICF Youth offers a safe and supportive community where teens can become courageous leaders who influence culture while pointing others to Jesus. Through worship, prayer, and engaging discussions of God’s Word, young people will discover their identity in Christ and be inspired to pursue His purpose for their lives.

Emma is the Founding and Senior Pastor of ICF. With over 30 years of ministry experience, she has dedicated her life to serving God and His people. Before establishing ICF, she founded and pastored a church in Perugia, Italy, which continues to flourish and serve the community to this day. Her passion is to see lives transformed by the love of Christ and to equip believers to live out their God-given calling.
Joyce serves as our Youth Leader, passionately guiding and mentoring the next generation to grow in their faith and deepen their relationship with God. With a genuine heart for young people, she fosters a welcoming environment where they can encounter Christ, build lasting friendships, and discover their God-given purpose. Together with Rachel and RJ Ibanez, Joyce is dedicated to equipping young believers through discipleship, worship, and service—empowering them to live out their faith both inside and outside the church.
Joel & Lala serve as our Couple’s Ministry Leaders, with a passion for strengthening marriages and helping couples build Christ-centered homes. Together, they provide mentorship, encouragement, and guidance to couples of all ages, fostering deeper relationships with God and with one another. Their heart is to see marriages flourish in love, unity, and faith, creating strong families that impact the church and community.
Jay has served in ministry for over 30 years, alongside his family. Throughout the years, he has faithfully served in youth, worship, and pastoral ministry. His passion is to see the next generation and the church strengthened in their walk with God.
Anna has a heart to see children grow in their faith and experience the love of Jesus at an early age. She leads the King's Kids Ministry with joy and compassion, creating a safe and welcoming space where children can learn God's Word, build friendships, and develop godly character. Her passion is to help each child discover their place in God's Kingdom and grow in a lifelong relationship with Him.
Imelda has been faithfully serving in ministry for over 30 years as one of the church’s original members. Over the years, she has dedicated herself to various areas including finance, care groups, prayer, and pastoral ministry. Her unwavering commitment and servant heart continue to be a blessing to the church and community.
Ramon has been faithfully serving in ministry for over 20 years, with a strong dedication to the worship ministry. Along with his family and children, he has shown a passion for excellence in worship and a commitment to raising up the next generation of worshipers, inspiring and impacting the church.
Ador, along with his wife Nancy, has been one of the pillars of the church. He has faithfully served in key ministries, including Care Groups and Men’s Ministry, helping to strengthen and nurture the church community. His passion is to see the church flourish and lives transformed by the love of Christ.
Rusela, along with her huband, Ramon, and whole family, has been faithfully serving both the church and the community. Her dedication and heart for service reflect her desire to honor God and make a lasting impact in the lives of others. Her passion is to serve with love and to see people grow in their walk with Christ.
Rodel Narciso serves as our Men’s Ministry Leader, with a heart to see men grow in their faith, character, and leadership both at home and in the community. He is passionate about equipping men to walk faithfully with Christ and to encourage one another through authentic brotherhood.
Nelia leads the Usher Ministry with a heart to serve and a desire to make everyone feel welcome in God’s house. She and her team are dedicated to creating a warm and orderly environment where people can worship freely and experience God’s presence without distraction. Their passion is to reflect Christ’s love through genuine hospitality, ensuring that each person who walks through the doors feels valued, cared for, and at home in the church.
Alma Olalo serves as our Women’s Ministry Leader, where she is passionate about helping women grow in their relationship with God and with one another. She believes every woman has a unique calling and loves creating spaces where women feel encouraged, supported, and equipped to live out their faith.
